Stigma of being diagnosed with mental health issues and the lack of societal understanding of how to manage it, is causing increase in suicide rates. 

At our Chinta-Mukti Margdarshan Kendra we break taboos surrounding mental health by fostering open discussions, combating stigma, promoting empathy, and encouraging seeking help. We create safe spaces where individuals feel empowered to share their experiences without fear of judgement, ultimately fostering understanding and support.

    Sweating/Trembling

    Anxiety disorder can cause physical symptoms such as sweating and trembling. These symptoms can be embarrassing and disruptive to daily life.

    Digestive Issues

    Anxiety disorder can affect the digestive system, causing symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea, and stomach pain.

    Panic

    Anxiety disorder can also cause panic attacks, which are sudden and intense waves of fear that can last several minutes. Panic attacks can cause physical symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, and dizziness.

    • A depressed mood (feeling sad, irritable, empty)

    • Poor concentration

    • Feelings of excessive guilt or low self-worth

When and Why to Seek Help

  • Symptoms are new or have become worse

I am feeling much lighter and rejuvenated is the first thought that comes about the experience of MCSK. I had prayed for help to dissolve my blocks at subconscious level. But the moment I attended the process from day one the pain subsided, and it actually wasn’t there by the end of the process.
The program made me aware of my feelings towards my past, and helped me remove the negative thoughts. I came to terms with my past that had left some bad experience and highlighted my positive side towards life. I felt at peace with the thoughts that were not letting me move ahead in life. The experience has put me in a positive light.
